Ingredients
4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skin on
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Lightly oil the grates.
Place salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Transfer to a platter and garnish with lemon slices. Serve immediately.
Tips
For extra flavor, add fresh dill or parsley as a garnish.
