- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 4 hours).
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving a small gap between pieces.
