1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

4 slices provolone cheese

2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup arugula
Instructions
In a bowl, combine beef slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat.

Lightly toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for about 1 minute.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each roll and Dijon mustard on the top half.
Layer grilled beef on the bottom half, top with provolone cheese, pickles, and arugula. Close the sandwiches.
Return sandwiches to the grill, press lightly with a spatula, and grill for 1-2 minutes per side until cheese melts and bread is crispy.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
Tips
For extra flavor, marinate the beef in the oil and spices for 30 minutes before grilling.
Substitute Swiss or cheddar cheese if preferred.
Add sliced red onion or tomato for additional freshness.
