Ingredients
- 4 cups seedless red or black grapes, rinsed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions

- Place grapes in a blender or food processor. Add the cooled sugar syrup and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing on solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard solids.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until cold.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions until thick and slushy.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
Tips
- For a smoother texture, use a high-powered blender.
- Adjust sweetness based on grape tartness.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
