Ingredients
- 3 cups seedless red or green grapes
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse grapes thoroughly and pat dry. Remove any stems.
- Place grapes, water, honey (if using), and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove skins and solids, pressing with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard solids.
- Pour the grape juice into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until popsicles release easily.
Tips
- Use ripe, sweet grapes for best flavor; adjust sweetness to taste.
- For a fun twist, add a few whole grapes or mint leaves to the molds before freezing.
- Store popsicles in an airtight container or wrap individually in plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn.
