Ingredients
1 cup grape juice (100% juice, no added sugar)
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 packet (2 teaspoons) unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 cup cold water
Fresh grapes for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water. Let stand for 5 minutes to bloom.
In a small saucepan, combine grape juice, 1/2 cup water, and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until sugar dissolves and mixture is hot but not boiling.
Remove from heat. Add bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour mixture into 4 individual serving dishes or a single 2-cup mold.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Garnish with fresh grapes before serving, if desired.
Tips
For a sweeter dessert, increase sugar to 3 tablespoons.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
