- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 8 oz (225g) fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi according to package directions until they float; drain and set aside.
- In a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
