Ingredients
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
In a small dry skillet over medium heat, toast the almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds, stirring frequently, until golden and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Let cool slightly.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat.
Stir in the chopped parsley and chives just before serving.
