Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves

- 2 fresh red chili peppers, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Rinse bean sprouts and herbs under cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
- Arrange bean sprouts, Thai basil, mint, and cilantro on a large platter.
- Place lime wedges, sliced chili peppers, and sliced green onions in small bowls or on the platter.
- Serve alongside hot bowls of pho, allowing each person to add garnishes to taste.
Tips
- For extra heat, include sliced jalapeños or serrano peppers.
- Store leftover garnishes in a sealed bag in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Hoisin sauce and sriracha are common accompaniments but are not part of this garnish set.
