2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the wok. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2 minutes until bright green. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
