Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
6 popsicle molds and sticks
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold in the mixed berries.
Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
Tips
For a smoother texture, blend the berries before folding into the yogurt.
Store popsicles in a freezer bag for up to 2 weeks.
Substitute honey with agave syrup for a vegan option.
