Ingredients
1 pre-made pizza dough (12 oz)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or a floured pizza peel.
Brush the dough with olive oil, then spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then arrange pepperoni slices on top.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, oregano, and garlic powder over the pizza.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
For freezing: Assemble pizza on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until solid (about 2 hours). Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and foil. Bake from frozen at 475°F for 18-20 minutes.
Tips
For a crispier crust, preheat a baking sheet in the oven and slide the pizza onto it.
Store frozen pizza for up to 3 months.
Customize with your favorite toppings like mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers.
