Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup fresh mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine mango, remaining yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Alternately layer the strawberry and mango mixtures into popsicle molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
Tips
- Use any combination of fruits you like, such as peach, kiwi, or raspberry.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut yogurt for Greek yogurt.
