Ingredients

2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream

Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, beating on low speed until incorporated and smooth.
Add the milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. For a thinner glaze, add more milk 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency.
