- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add onion and garlic; stir-fry 1 minute.
- Add peas and carrots; stir-fry 2 minutes. Push vegetables to the side.
- Pour beaten eggs into the empty space; scramble until set, then mix with vegetables.
- Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil, then add rice and pasta. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Drizzle soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the mixture. Toss to combine evenly.
- Remove from heat. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
