Ingredients
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (about 4 inches)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Gently bruise the rosemary sprig by rolling it between your palms or pressing with the back of a spoon to release its oils.
- Place the rosemary sprig in a glass and add the lemon juice and honey (if using).
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour cold water over the ice and stir gently.
- Let steep for 2-3 minutes, then remove the rosemary sprig or leave it in for a stronger flavor.
Tips
- For a stronger effect, use sparkling water instead of still.
