- 4 slices tomato (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange fish sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- While fish sticks bake, toast the buns if desired. Spread about 1 tablespoon of tartar sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
