Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt flakes
Instructions
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish. Refrigerate while making the ganache.
Place chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the ganache over the crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until set. Use the parchment overhang to lift the bar out of the dish. Cut into 16 squares.
Tips
