Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, chocolate chips, flaxseed, dried cranberries, chopped nuts, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together when pressed.
For energy balls: Roll the mixture into 12 equal-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
For bars: Press the mixture evenly into an 8x8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then cut into 12 bars.
