Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Add cold butter pieces and use a pastry blender or your fingertips to cut the butter into the dry mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs with some pea-sized butter bits.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over your prepared fruit filling in a baking dish.
