Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
2 sprigs fresh thyme (leaves only)

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Pulse until a coarse paste forms, scraping down sides as needed.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
