Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies (for crust)
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
12 Oreo cookies, crushed (for filling)
1 cup heavy cream (for topping)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for topping)
4 Oreo cookies, crushed (for garnish)
Instructions
1. For the crust: Place 24 Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
2. For the filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Gently fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
3. Spoon filling into crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
4. For the topping: Whip 1 cup heavy cream and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe over pie. Sprinkle with crushed Oreo cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tips
For a firmer pie, freeze for 1 hour before serving.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Use regular Oreos, not Double Stuf, for best texture.
