- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Drain well and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger, and hot water until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine noodles, cucumber, and green onions. Pour dressing over and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
