Ingredients
1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12x8-inch rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then top with pepperoni slices.
Starting from a long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
Slice the log into 16 equal pieces (about 1-inch thick). Place cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano. Brush the tops of the rolls with the oil mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips
Serve with extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
