- 2 ounces thinly sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices red onion
- 2 pickle spears
Instructions
- Lay bread slices on a work surface. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice, then spread mustard on top of the mayonnaise on one slice.
- Layer roast beef, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on the mustard-spread slice.
- Top with the other bread slice, mayo side down.
