Ingredients
6 slices white bread, toasted
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 slices cooked turkey breast
6 slices crispy cooked bacon
4 leaves iceberg lettuce
4 slices ripe tomato
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
On a plate, layer 3 slices of turkey on one slice of bread (mayonnaise side up). Top with 3 slices of bacon, then 2 lettuce leaves, and 2 tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Place a second slice of bread (mayonnaise side down) on top. Spread the top of that bread with mayonnaise. Repeat the layering: 3 slices turkey, 3 slices bacon, 2 lettuce leaves, and 2 tomato slices. Season again.
Top with the third slice of bread (mayonnaise side down). Press gently. Secure each quarter with a toothpick.
Using a sharp knife, cut the sandwich diagonally into four triangles. Serve immediately.
Tips
For extra flavor, add a slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese.
Serve with potato chips or a side salad.
