Ingredients
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough with icing
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the cinnamon roll dough into 8 rolls. Set aside the icing packet.
Cut each roll into quarters. Arrange the dough pieces on the prepared pan in a single layer, leaving small gaps between pieces to form a pizza shape.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle evenly over the dough pieces.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes.
While the pizza cools, make the icing: In a small bowl, beat together the reserved icing from the can, cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle the icing over the warm pizza. Serve warm.
Tips
For extra indulgence, add a handful of chopped pecans or walnuts before baking.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
