Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk (any kind)
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and well combined.
If using chocolate chips, fold them into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds until the popsicles release easily.

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey.
Store popsicles in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
