Ingredients
3 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract and salt. Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
