Ingredients
2 cups mini pretzel twists
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening
Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the mini pretzels in a large bowl and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzels and stir gently until all pretzels are coated.
Scoop spoonfuls of the chocolate-covered pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters. Press lightly to shape.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and remaining 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the clusters. If desired, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set. Serve cold or at room temperature.
