1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

3 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
