Ingredients
12 oz (340g) dark or milk chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/2 cup pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) or in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
Sprinkle the chopped almonds, pistachios, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds evenly over the chocolate.
Lightly press the toppings into the chocolate so they stick.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Break or cut into irregular pieces to serve.
