- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and sugar. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned, about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining 1 tbsp oil. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return chicken to wok. Add chicken broth, remaining 1 tbsp soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, toss, and serve immediately.
