Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
4 large flour tortillas or 8 slices bread
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temp 165°F). Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill to make the dressing.
Warm tortillas or toast bread if desired.
Assemble wraps or sandwiches: spread dressing on tortillas or bread, then layer lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and sliced chicken.
Roll up wraps tightly (or close sandwiches) and serve immediately.
Tips
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in the dressing for 30 minutes before cooking.
Store leftover chicken and dressing separately for up to 3 days.
