Ingredients
8 chicken franks (hot dogs), sliced diagonally
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add sliced chicken franks and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add onion and bell peppers; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return chicken franks to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
Garnish with green onions and serve immediately over steamed rice.
Tips
For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or sliced chili.
