  3. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to the wok. Add onion and garlic; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add bell pepper and cabbage; stir-fry for 2 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return chicken to the wok. Add bean sprouts and green onions. Stir in oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, sesame oil, and chicken broth. Toss to combine.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
