Ingredients
4 cups crispy rice or corn cereal squares
2 cups pretzel sticks
1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raisins or dried cherries
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, nuts, and dried fruit.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with honey, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth and bubbly.
Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
Spread mixture in an even layer on prepared baking sheet.
