Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
Stir in shredded coconut and chopped almonds until well combined. Press mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cocoa powder, maple syrup, and chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sea salt.
Pour chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into 24 bars or squares.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
