Ingredients
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup rosemary simple syrup
1/2 cup sparkling water
Ice cubes
Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
Make rosemary simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 sprigs fresh rosemary. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain and cool.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add cranberry juice, lime juice, and 1/4 cup rosemary simple syrup. Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a lime wheel.
