Ingredients
1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
In a small bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until well coated.
Spread blue cheese dressing evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border.
Top with the buffalo chicken mixture, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese and crumbled blue cheese over the top.
Drizzle melted butter over the pizza.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool for 2 minutes, then sprinkle with chives if desired. Slice and serve.
Tips
For extra heat, add a drizzle of extra buffalo sauce before serving.
Serve with celery sticks and extra blue cheese dressing on the side.
