4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, toss blueberries with granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla. Transfer to prepared dish.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter using a pastry blender or fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over blueberries.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
