1 1/2 cups blue cornmeal

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1/4 cup honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan or cast-iron skillet.
In a large bowl, whisk together blue cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil, egg, and honey until smooth.
