Ingredients
1 cup mixed raw nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
1 tablespoon olive oil or melted coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss nuts with oil, salt, and any optional spices until evenly coated.
Spread nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway, until fragrant and lightly toasted.
