Ingredients
1 small head green cabbage, shredded (about 4 cups)
1 large carrot, grated
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
