Ingredients
1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12x8-inch rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border on the long edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni over the sauce.
Roll the dough tightly from one long edge to form a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
Cut the log into 16 equal slices using a sharp knife or dental floss.
Place slices cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder. Brush rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan mixture.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
