1 cup grape jelly
1 cup chili sauce (such as Heinz)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine grape jelly, chili sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Whisk over medium heat until smooth and bubbling.
Add frozen meatballs to the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are heated through and sauce has thickened slightly.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm with toothpicks.
Tips
For a spicier kick, add 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
Leftover meatballs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave.
To make ahead, prepare the sauce and meatballs, then refrigerate; reheat before serving.
