Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit into a 5-inch circle.
- Place 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, 2 tablespoons mozzarella, and 1 tablespoon pepperoni on one half of each circle, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
- Fold the other half over the filling and press edges to seal. Crimp with a fork to ensure seal.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over the tops of the hot pockets.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place hot pockets in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Tips
- For a crispier crust, spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray before adding the hot pockets.
- Leftover hot pockets can be refrigerated and reheated in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes.
- Customize fillings: use cooked ground beef, ham, or veggies instead of pepperoni.
