Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh soursop pulp (from about 1 large soursop)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- Remove seeds from soursop pulp and discard. Place pulp in a blender.
- Add 2 cups of water and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard solids.
- Add remaining 2 cups water, sugar, and lime juice. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour. Serve over ice.
